New TRA Community Hall
2025 the Tenant Participation Team arranged with the Committee for a new hall - Denyer House just a couple minutes away,
NW5 1BN . The hall is fully compliant and fitted with basic amenities for us to you use. We share the hall with other TRA's if you would like to book the hall please use the
contact us form, letting use know the purpose, dates and times you like to hire it.
A decision around the future of the Ingestre Road Community Centre has not been made and the community centre is closed for any bookings as the building is having a review of fire safety, legal issues to be resolved, a new disabled toilet to be build, survey reports pending, etc..
Camden Council instructed plans to be drawn up to bring the two halls to required building regulations. The TRA and other stakeholders have been giving input. We are now awaiting the final decision. No time frame has been given if and when the works will start and of how much of the proposed works will be granted. The final proposals have been submitted to Camden and we are awaiting final feedback. The committee to date have not been given a copy of the final proposal although this has been requested.
Upgrades to include updated kitchen that will be disabled friendly, new disabled toilet, new men’s/lady’s toilets and become a self-enclosed unit. The hall may still be let out to another organisation. The Spanish Nursery is still open as normal.
The Ingestre Road hall cannot be rented out for the foreseeable future for various reasons, including no disabled toilet, pending building works, etc.. However, we now have the use of Denyer House TRA hall and if you need a more substantial space to rent a space at Ackland Burleigh School is available click here
